Looking to House Teenagers for Summer Help

Looking for available housing so my Teenager's can work fulltime in MV for entire summer for their school tuition. Possible house-sitter for the summer ? Mother works fulltime during the day, telecommuting from any location and will trade working for owner in the evenings. Looking for any possibilities ?
